Marketing Manager

Regalo International LLC and Carlson Pet Company are currently seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team! In this new role, you'll report directly to our VP of Marketing/Product development and be a driving force in creating marketing plans/strategies behind our products as well as managing our brand launches. Our ideal candidate will be a self-starter who enjoys making connections while helping promote and drive awareness of our new and existing products. This role will have no direct reports. Come be a part of a growing team!Duties and Responsibilities:Strategize marketing plans to create a demand for our productsOversee all PR efforts and strategyWork alongside our sales team to support promotions with retailers we have relationships withPursue further relationships with retail partnersFocus on brand awareness in the consumer market by doing market research and staying on top of trends: i.e. promoting our brand for baby registries, in store promotions, etc.Be mindful of how marketing strategies can support a strong ROIAssist with and/or manage PR strategies; experience connecting with publications and magazines is an added plus!Strategize with our current marketing team to push partnerships with influencers and create social media campaigns for our productsManage social media and digital teamSpearhead review programsBe able to put together and execute a yearly budgetManage recognition and rewards of our products: i.e. National Parenting Product Awards , etc.An ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in a similar role.
