Reporting directly to the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, you will drive the development and implementation of our advanced marketing technology stack. This role is crafted for a visionary leader who thrives on utilizing technology to magnify marketing success, boost customer engagement, and deliver superior business outcomes.Embark on a journey of strategic innovation where your leadership will push the boundaries of what's possible in marketing technology, enhancing our capacity to deliver unparalleled value to our customers and sustaining an ecosystem of relentless innovation and growth.ResponsibilitiesDevelops and executes a comprehensive strategy for our technology stack, encompassing Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and other integrated technologies.Leads the implementation of large-scale Salesforce technology projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timelines.Serves as a Salesforce subject matter expert, driving adoption and optimization initiatives across the organization.Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing technology solutions and streamline operational processes.Oversees the management of web assets, internal marketing requests, and other technology platforms, ensuring alignment with brand standards and objectives.Leads the Analytics Salesforce Coordinator in the development and execution of data-driven insights and reporting strategies.QualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in marketing operations, technology management, or related roles with focus on Salesforce technology.Salesforce implementation experience is required.Experience managing teams and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
