As we continue to expand our team, we are seeking talented individuals who have an internal drive, a passion for the military and a desire for professional growth to join our Shalimar, FL team.Position OverviewThe Marketing Coordinator will be a talented, assertive, high energy individual to help drive company growth through targeted marketing campaigns, social media and lead development.Responsibilities include:Desire to help military familiesBecome fluent in company messaging and confidently convey our value proposition while gaining the ability to overcome objections and respond to questions and concernsPlan, develop and execute communications strategies that increase brand awareness and drive demand to presentations and events, virtual and liveIdentify and maintain relationships with military and private organizationsDrive social media communications for marketing activities and recruiting events to increase traffic and promote attendanceIdentify, plan and execute contact prospecting opportunitiesHave a positive whatever-it-takes attitudeStrong organization, operational, and project management skills are a must.
