We are seeking a digital marketing expert in the paid social arena to create attention-grabbing campaigns on Facebook and other social media platforms.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain campaign budgets, strategy, execution and performance to drive customer acquisition and retentionPerform hands-on-keyboard activation of paid social media buys within Facebook Ads, while also having to make in platform optimizations within Meta, Google Ads Manager and other social media platformsContribute to strategy for media optimizations against multiple performance KPIs and provide insights and recommendations to LOB partners and leadershipAccounting, budgeting and media forecasting for each upcoming campaignWork with internal brand and creative teams to request, test and optimize existing assets based off media insights, to support business and campaign goalsAttention to detail for tag and pixel implementation, and external ad-serving platformsContribute with internal stakeholders to concept and launch new media strategies and campaigns across multiple lines of business including but not limited to Dish Network and SlingWork with managers on the implementation of technology partners including but not limited to cross-device tracking, 3rd party ad verification and call tracking platforms

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree from a recognized 4-year college or universityMinimum 3-5 years of experience in a digital marketing media execution role, while also being well versed in training others within areas such as media buying, platform management, optimizations, and other related fieldsSkills and Qualifications:Hands-on-keyboard experience in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and any other social media platforms such as Snapchat, Pinterest, TikTok, and XExperience with Excel and Google Spreadsheets; comfort with pivot tables and other analytical functionsStrong quantitative orientation with expertise in data analysis and insights; strong detail orientationAbility to work effectively and in an error-free manner under right time constraintsTrack record delivering profitable digital marketing results and other KPIsExcellent communication and cross-functional relationship management skillsPassion for the constantly-changing digital landscape with finger on the pulse of emerging digital platforms and trendsSalary Ranges

Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/YearBenefits

Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
