Layout Designer

Job Title: Layout DesignerJob DescriptionAs a Layout Designer, you will provide CAD drafting support for composite designs and revisions. You will hold review calls, capture minutes, and draft work for module creation. You will understand requirements from the SIM ticket, provide feedback to Change Management if SIM tickets lack information, and create/modify module drawings per redline. You will attend team meetings, manage Project Manager stakeholders' expectations, and project manage designs through a 14-month lifecycle. Responsibilities include obtaining and documenting all specifics regarding projects from site selection and transaction management, researching and compiling all available information for sites, coordinating all engineering and architectural specifications for each building type, coordinating initial architectural design and permit submittals, developing and providing supporting documents for lease execution, creating initial construction schedules and sequences, managing due diligence and utility coordination efforts, and providing complete and accurate documentation for construction handoff.Hard Skills+ Bachelor of Arts or Science in Interior Designing and Planning, Architecture, Engineering and Tech Drawing, or Engineering+ Minimum 2 years of AutoCAD experienceSoft Skills+ Experience in designing and working with multiple stakeholders+ Experience with large commercial projects and managing multiple projects simultaneouslyJob TypeThis is a contract position with a duration of 18 Month(s).Work SiteThis is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Bellevue, Washington and some days remote.Work EnvironmentThis role will be hybrid.
