We are looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to support our dynamic Energy team in the US West. This position requires a detail-oriented individual, with a background in marketing and/or communications-a team player who can lead a pursuit process, communicate effectively, manage multiple concurrent initiatives, and thrive in a deadline driven environment.

Your Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare engaging pursuit and promotional materials which highlight our depth of experience and expertiseMaintain positive working relationships with your Energy business leadership, practitioners, and marketing teamPartner with the Account Management team to drive key client growth strategiesManage varying prioritiesWork closely with our marketing leadership team to drive success and set us apartBusiness and market analysis, research, and reporting of trends and resultsProposal writing, positioning, and interview preparationCollaborate with our Public Relations team on key pursuits, promotional activities, and positioning campaigns
Your Capabilities and Credentials
A passion for people, building trust, and fostering solid relationshipsProven experience in strategic planning, capacity to think outside the box while adapting to changes in market trendsAn active listener; critical thinking and problem-solving skillsA diligent and detail-oriented proposal leader with exceptional prioritization and organizational skillsAn experienced writer with a passion for developing tailored, engaging proposal material, with overall ownership of the final written and graphic contentDemonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative SuiteAbility to work effectively within a group and independentlyMust thrive working in a deadline-driven environmentEducation and Experience
Post-secondary degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or an equivalent level of experienceMinimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing-related fieldExperience with the RFQ/RFP processExperience in the architecture/engineering/construction industry is required
