About the Opportunity:

The Creative Manager will serve as the visionary leader responsible for guiding the creative strategy and direction of FASHIONPHILE. This role involves overseeing the entire creative process from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output, while coordinating cross-functional efforts and managing resources effectively. The ideal candidate will combine visionary leadership with robust project management skills to drive seamless execution of creative projects across all channels. Responsibilities include:

Oversee the end-to-end creative ops and production process across both digital and retail channels.Help develop, maintain and enforce consistent brand image across all projects and platforms. Ensure that all creative work meets the highest standards of quality and creativity.Drive partnership between the Brand Design team and cross-functional partners on all things related to creative operations and creative marketing activations.Manage and mentor a team of creative professionals. Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and facilitate professional development.Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide creative solutions.Manage the campaign shoot budget and provide accurate estimates for all aspects of production (by tracking costs, submitting invoices, and preparing actuals) to ensure that we're utilizing our production dollars in the best way possible.Produce or oversee production, scheduling, retouching, and delivery of creative assets (by booking and coordinating photographers, stylists, models, hair stylists, makeup artists, and more).What We're Looking For:

Compensation:

Pay Scale: FASHIONPHILE reasonably expects the range to be $90,000 - $100,000 for this position in our Carlsbad, CA Location and offers an Annual Bonus Opportunity aligned to our Manager level. Offered compensation will vary based on (a) location; (b) individual candidate qualifications; and (c) individual candidate experience.
