With a strong commitment to innovation and client satisfaction, we have established ourselves as a key player in the market since 2006.
BHB Operations is a multi unit franchise to Goldfish Swim School with 25+ locations currently open and operating. As a franchisee that is rapidly expanding, we are seeking a seasoned and driven Director of Sales & Marketing to join our team and drive our business growth to the next level.
Job Summary:
The Director of Sales will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share across our 25+ locations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales leadership, franchise operations, and team management. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of franchise sales dynamics and a passion for achieving targets and fostering a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Growth:
Identify and pursue new revenue streams and business development opportunities.Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts to ensure financial targets are achieved.Monitor sales performance across all locations, providing guidance and support to ensure targets are met.Implement sales training programs to enhance the skills and effectiveness of the sales team.
Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives.Communicate and implement sales tactics in schools that are struggling.Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and potential challenges.
Marketing Strategy Development
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives.Communicate and Implement marketing strategies across all schools in the portfolio.
Franchise Support:
Collaborate with franchisees to develop and execute local sales initiatives and promotional campaigns.Provide ongoing support and resources to franchisees to optimize their sales efforts and drive growth.
Customer Relationship Management:
Oversee the development and execution of customer retention and acquisition strategies.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance analysis to senior management.Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales & marketing team to achieve sales targets and exceed performance expectations.Establish clear sales goals and performance metrics for individual locations and the overall franchise network.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales management, with a focus on franchise operations preferred.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and developing high-performing teams.Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.In order to be successful in this role you will need to travel 40-50% of working time.Benefits:
