MARKETING MANAGER – MIRACLE TOYOTA (FL)

Job description

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer. The Marketing Manager is responsible

for leading marketing and branding efforts for the group’s flagship dealership –

Miracle Toyota of Haines City (FL). The Marketing Manager will split time between

the corporate office in Tampa, FL and the dealership in Haines City, FL. Primary

responsibilities include dealership branding, website management, vendor &

community communications, email marketing and reporting. Additionally, the

Marketing manager will lead weekend event planning to increase foot traffic and

sales conversion.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Essential Duties include the following. Other duties may be

assigned.

· Ownership of dealership branding for Miracle Toyota

· Regular review, reporting & optimization of dealership website

· Email marketing for dealership

· Management of dealership vendor and community relationships

· Represent dealership at community events as needed (external)

· Logistical planning of dealership weekend events (internal)

· Lead dealership social media marketing

· Work with CMO to ensure compliance with local, state, and manufacturer

requirements

MARGINAL DUTIES

· Service department marketing for all Murphy Auto Group dealerships (6 total)

· Serve as point of contact for all Miracle Toyota media requests and external

communications

WORK SCHEDULE 8 hour shifts daily

· Monday & Tuesday at Corporate Office

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

· 3 Years Automotive Marketing experience (automotive preferred)

· Prior experience and can provide examples of:

· Website management and/or development

· Social media account management (business)

· Event planning and execution

· Email marketing

· Cultivating and maintaining partnerships with external vendors including digital

ad partners, OEM partners, local media, etc.

· Must have strong communication skills and be able to communicate well across

all organizational levels and departments

· Must have solid understanding of automotive dealership structure and

terminology

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

· Must obtain and maintain any certificates, licenses, and registrations as required

by Dealership

· Must maintain a valid Driver's License that meets dealership insurability

requirements to regularly travel between stores

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

· Must be able to sit at desk for extended periods without issue. At least 4 hours.

· Must be able to stand and move around dealership for extended periods without

issue. Up to 3 hours, breaks permitted.

· Moderate lifting (up to 40 pounds) may be required as needed

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year based on experience
