The

Sales Marketing Coordinator

provides marketing support for the Ad Sales teams in New York, Chicago and Los Angeles. This role is engaged in all aspects of the sales and sponsorship process, including concept development for client pitches to execution of successful partnership programs with our clients. This position reports directly to the Director of Sales Marketing (Head of Events/Hospitality) and works in our New York office.Sinclair is seeking someone who has experience and a strong understanding of media sales, experience in hospitality and events and a strong sense of the sports landscape, specifically athlete relationships. Familiarity with experiential marketing and brand activations, in addition to campaign management is a plus.RESPONSIBILITIES: (including, but not limited to)Collaborate with the Head of Experiential & Events in crafting and implementing a comprehensive marketing plan covering experiential event, bespoke branded content, talent engagement, hospitality, and post-purchase logisticsContribute to the establishment and nurturing of strategic alliances with external entities such as organizations, agencies, influencers, and key figures within the industry, aiming to amplify brand presence and foster cooperative marketing ventures.Contribute to spearheading the development of imaginative and captivating experiential events that resonate with the brand's goals while captivating the intended audiences.Contribute to supervising the conceptualization and production of tailored branded content, videos, social media campaigns, and various digital assets, guaranteeing alignment with brand communication and upholding top-notch production standardsAid marketing and sales executives, which includes tasks such as generating and updating spreadsheets, reaching out to clients, and other related responsibilities.Nurture and administer connections with talent, encompassing celebrities, influencers, artists, and industry experts, to secure their involvement in brand activations and campaigns.Formulate and implement a hospitality approach aimed at delivering outstanding service and memorable experiences to clients, partners, and guests throughout events and activations.Manage post-sale logistics, encompassing event coordination, transportation, accommodation, and other operational elements, to guarantee the smooth implementation of marketing endeavors.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, sales, and operations, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and objectives.Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in experiential marketing, partnerships, and content creation, incorporating relevant strategies into marketing initiatives.Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives and provide insights for continuous improvement.Creating and spearheading project plans for marketing events while collaborating with vendors to ensure alignment of resources and pricing.Develop and modify event production timelines and serve as a versatile assistant or runner during events as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 1-2 years experience working in media sales, advertising, marketing or a related fieldExperience working with Microsoft Office software; Familiarity with Adobe Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) is not required, but is a plus

The base salary compensation range for this role is $50,000 to $56,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates' relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave and employee stock purchase plan.
