This individual is accountable for driving consistent execution of our US field team playbook, with particular focus on CORE tactics and clinical messaging. Key responsibilities include:

Effectively create and disseminate marketing content and messages to field members, ensuring they have the necessary information and tools to successfully represent Abiomed's products and therapies.

Regularly travel to field locations to empower, support, and inspect field teams, fostering strong relationships and alignment with corporate goals and initiatives.

Serve as a liaison between the franchise team and corporate support structure, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among teams.

Participate in Zone, Region, and RCM calls, providing insights and updates on marketing initiatives and field activities.

Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and sales to develop and execute targeted marketing strategies for the field.

Collaborate with training to ensure all new US field hires are trained consistently on our CORE playbook and clinical messaging.

Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform field marketing strategies and drive decision-making.

Gain in-depth knowledge and expertise in CORE tactics, continuously updating skills based on field needs and developments.

Drive implementation of IT tools to drive our CORE playbook (e.g. Salesforce, Tableau)

Qualifications

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in field marketing or sales support, specifically within the cardiology or cardiac surgery medical device industry, with exposure to the cardiac catheterization lab, cardiovascular operating room, or cardiac intensive care units.

Proven track record of driving successful field marketing initiatives that support business objectives and enhance customer relationships.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire field teams, customers, and partners.

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and meet deadlines.

Analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data and insights to inform marketing strategies and drive decision-making.

Embody Abiomed's Patients First culture, demonstrating a positive attitude, open communication, and collaboration.

Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $99,000 - $170,200

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

§ Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

§ This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.

§ Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington – up to 56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year

Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
