Program Manager, Video Management

to join our growing team in the Americas.In this role, you’ll join a team responsible for generating awareness and demand for Axis’ software and network video recorder offering in order to meet our growth goals. You will develop strategic business plans and manage programs to ensure sales success and to drive additional value to our offering. The selected individual will be based out of our Americas HQ in Chelmsford, MA as a preferred location. Qualified remote candidates considered, provided a candidate is proximate to an airport and can perform job responsibilities during Eastern Time Zone (ET) business hours.What you’ll do here as a Program Manager, Video Management?

With team, build concise and focused strategies, plans & goals for each of Axis’ key target groups in alignment with company go-to-market strategyExecute plans in accordance with team strategic objectives, KPIs and program goalsDevelop, maintain and grow customer & partner relationships to support sales, drive opportunities, and provide feedback to increase the value of our end to end solutions offeringWork with cross-functional teams to reduce or remove perceived hurdles for developing end to end solutions businessCollaborate with Solutions Engineers to solicit, compile & prioritize market feedback for product development based on customer needsProvide relevant and timely education and messaging to the industry via association involvement, tradeshow participation, thought leadership, public speaking and press engagementsServe as internal resource and subject matter expert by supporting sales & marketing initiatives, educational services, demos, competitive intelligence, and localized strategic plans & goalsProvide monthly reporting on strategic initiatives, progress, and opportunities to managementIdentify new markets and innovative solutions in order to drive additional sales opportunitiesExpected travel time for this position is approximately 50%Who are we looking for/Who are you?

Resiliency, a driver of change, and flexibilityStrong project management skills with particular focus on attention to detailProven ability to build strategic and trusted relationships at all levels internally and externallyMultiple years developing business and channels for IT solutions and programsExperience as subject matter expert responsible for ensuring knowledge is spread to salesforce and channel on how to position and win businessStrong relationships within security and IT professional groups or associationsTechnical aptitudeExceptional communication, public speaking, presentation, training and listening skillsSelf-motivated team playerStrategic vision and ability to build extensive plansConsistent in follow up and executionWe'd love to hear that you have/are:

Bachelors’ Degree required5+ years in either sales, business development, marketing, account or project management ideally in the video and physical security marketsExpert knowledge of the physical security market; preferred knowledge of products and future trends in VMS, server, software and hardware solutionsExperience with Salesforce and/or other CRM toolsPrefer experience working within a channel sales modelPhysical Demands and Travel:

Physical Demands: Employee is occasionally required to lift 20-40 lbs.Expected travel time for this position is approximately 50% annually.Pay Range:

The approximate pay range for this location and position is

$115,000-125,000 annually

On Target Earnings /

Total Target Compensation.
