ABOUT THE ROLE As a Senior Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the Guest Services and Workplace Services teams. In this newly created role, key responsibilities will include:

The day-to-day management of the tasks and workflow that the team is required to deliver, ensuing the most appropriate resources are deployed

Leading, coaching and developing a highly regarded and experienced team

Assessing current processes and ways of working to creatively identify where improvements can be made or suggesting new, innovative ways of delivering first-class customer service

Ensuring the smooth running and technical wellbeing of the office, which includes building relationships with third part suppliers

Liaising with global teams located in other European and global offices to share ideas and collaborate on special projects

Providing a first class, customer service-oriented workplace experience to our lawyers, staff and clients

ABOUT YOU We’d love to hear from you if you:

Are passionate about delivering outstanding customer and client service

Thrive working in a team whilst leading by example

Exhibit well developed and professional interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact and communicate effectively with clients and staff at all organizational levels of the firm

Embrace change with an open-minded and dynamic attitude

Are fluent in French and English

And have:

Excellent leadership skills necessary for effective supervision

Experience in a high-end customer service environment

The ability to use independent judgment and discretion when making decisions

Thorough knowledge of PC applications, including MS Office

Knowledge about technical building management
