At Ping Identity, we're changing the way people and businesses think about cybersecurity, digital experiences, and identity and access management. Ping Identity is looking for a full-time junior-level Visual Designer with well-rounded design experience. You have at least 3 years of design experience and be proficient in industry standard design software (Adobe CC, Sketch or Figma). Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Media Design, Advertising/Portfolio school or equivalent combination of education and work experience A visual portfolio demonstrating the fundamentals of design. Candidates without visual representation of their work will not be considered. Dribbble, Behance or other social media are acceptable Strong typographic skills; demonstrate understanding of visual hierarchies; basic principles of color theory; and knowledge of grid-based design The ability to design graphics that make a complex technology understandable and interesting to diverse audiences and various personas while facing multiple tight deadlines You receive feedback well, adapting to stakeholder input, while also maintaining an ability to defend your design decisions. Individuals in this role will receive feedback critiquing their work. At least 3 years of creative design experience in an agency or corporate environment; B2B and technology brand experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Google Slides, and Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Office, Slack, Asana. Proficiency in After Effects high;y desired, but not mandatory. #li-remote
