Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative direction for pitch work, ensuring concepts are innovative, on-brand, and aligned with client objectives.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to develop compelling visual content and presentations.
- Create and refine visual assets, including mood boards, mock-ups, and final pitch decks.
- Stay current with industry trends and digital marketing best practices to drive creative excellence.
- Present creative concepts to internal teams and clients, articulating the rationale behind design decisions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in art direction, preferably within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital design and pitch work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
