Gray Ae is looking to add an Interior Designer II to our Lexington, KY office.

Who we want... (Requirements)Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a degree from a technical college and five to seven (5-7) years of experience; or the equivalent combination both.Proficient in Revit, AutoCad, MS Office, Bluebeam Revu and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)The selected candidate will have excellent communication skills.Must be physically present in the Lexington office.The new team member should be an energetic, self-motivated individual who enjoys a team environment, as well as a passion for collaboration and professional development. Qualifications

What we expect... (Essential Functions)

Knowledge of design trends, construction methods, and materials applicationsAdvanced knowledge of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), Experience in selection and specification with commercial furniture lines.Manage project coordination between project teams, clients, vendors, contractors, consultants.Advance knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in production of construction documents.Develop innovative design concepts which are practical, aesthetic, safe, functional, and conducive of client goals and with project budget.Preform site survey and documentation.Strong organizational skills and time management skills.Strong written and oral communication skillsAbility to collaborate and integrate with existing team.
