Role Overview:

This is an entry/junior level position which involves managing and optimizing system administration and metadata for a suite of digital platforms, including Seismic, Adobe Workfront, and AEM Assets. Key responsibilities include overseeing user access and permissions, managing metadata and taxonomy, enhancing workflows, and ensuring data security and compliance. The role also involves customizing digital platforms to meet business needs, maintaining detailed documentation, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:Administer user accounts and access levels for Seismic and Adobe platforms.Manage and update metadata and taxonomy, including bulk tagging and analysis.Optimize workflows and processes in Adobe Workfront.Handle document management within Seismic.Customize platforms by creating and modifying fields, forms, and reports.Ensure data protection and user access control, conduct audits, and maintain security.Document configurations and best practices.Stay informed about platform updates and drive improvements.Contribute to data management research and dashboard design.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree, ideally with a marketing focusExperience working in a Marketing roleAbility to multitask and work independently.Strong attention to detail and change management skills.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Experience with marketing and relevant digital platforms is advantageous.Desired Experience:

Familiarity with Adobe Workfront, AEM Assets, or Seismic.Knowledge of semantic concepts and process improvement.Agile/Scrum experience.
