As the Social Media Content & Community Coordinator, you will create and schedule premium and engaging social content. You'll amplify brand moments, obsess our products and champion our culinary community. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Brand Marketing, and working collaboratively with our in-house content experts and culinary studio, you will be the champion and steward of Made In across organic social channels.

*Must live/reside in the Austin, TX area and work a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities:

Create and tailor content for specific channelsCollaborate with the creative team to help build and execute a content calendar/pipeline. This includes supporting content creation, editing and copy.

Willingness to plan, shoot, and edit social-first content, including content featuring yourself and other members of the Made In team

"Hands on phone" scheduling and postingActively engage with our communities on socialPartner with the in-house culinary and content team to create content only Made In can makeObsess the metrics of awareness and engagement with a strong understanding of how those work together to build a premium brandCreate and distribute weekly performance reports as well as more in-depth monthly/quarterly lookbacks that capture both shifts in audience sentiment and social performance.Stay up-to-date with social media trends and strategy through competitor research, platform exploration, and performance analytics - providing recommendations based on findingsQualifications:

2+ years of professional content strategy management and social media marketing experience in a corporate or agency settingSocial obsessed (preferable in the culinary community)Hospitality industry experienceExperience creating compelling short form and long form video content.Proven track record of growing channels while keeping brand integrity intactKnowledge of best practices for each social channel & scheduling toolsComfortable presenting to leadership and strong verbal and written communication skillsExceptional project management skillsStrong understanding of marketing and social media ecosystemAdaptable and thrives in a dynamic, high-performance startup environmentBenefits We Offer:
