SUMMARY

We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Product Marketing Engineer to join our team. As a key driver of our Position Sensor product line, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive product adoption and revenue growth. This is a highly visible role with a significant impact on Allegro's continued success in the magnetic sensor market.

WHAT YOU"LL DO

Develop a deep understanding of the Position Sensor market, including customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.Define and champion the product positioning and messaging for Allegro's Position Sensor portfolio, ensuring it resonates with target customers and differentiates us from competitors.Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, working closely with Sales, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams.Create compelling marketing collateral including presentations, datasheets, application notes, website content, and sales tools.Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive sales growth.Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and make data-driven decisions.Collaborate with Sales to provide product training, support customer engagements, and gather market feedback.Maintain strong relationships with industry analysts, media, and key partners.Up to 20% Domestic and International Travel may be requiredESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

Electrical Engineering Bachelor's degree or degree from a related discipline.5+ years of proven experience in Product Marketing within the semiconductor or electronics industry.Strong technical background and knowledge of magnetic sensor technology and applications.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing plans that drive measurable results.Strategic thinker with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Highly collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

MBA or Master's degree in a technical field.Experience with automotive, industrial, and consumer markets.Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques.A solid understanding of analog or digital electronics and the semiconductor development process is beneficial in this position.
