Essential FunctionsDrive Strategic Mindset into Creative Ideation & FulfillmentCollaborate closely with marketing, strategy, and business teams to understand objectives, target markets, and key messagesDevelopment of Iconic and Memorable IdeasStay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design, e-commerce, and performance marketing to drive continuous improvement and innovationBuild a World-Class, In-House Creative Organization and develop talent on the teamChampion an omni-channel mindset in creative development, ensuring ideas are adaptable and effective across various channels and platformsBrand campaign development and implementation aligning with business objectives and market positioningEnsure consistency and excellence in creative output across all touchpoints and channelsCompetitive differentiation through programs and brand identityBe a champion for design thinking across marketing to ensure efficiency and collaboration while educating the broader marketing team through creative briefs, visual storytelling & etc.Oversight Creative Design and Development

Collaborate with digital, social media, and content teams to optimize creative assets for maximum impact and reachDrive the creation of campaigns, content, and initiatives that captivate, engage, and resonate with diverse global audiences.Provide creative direction and mentorship to a team of creatives, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.Lead the creative vision and strategy for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.Oversee the development and execution of UX/UI design concepts that enhance user engagement and drive conversions across digital platformsOversee the seamless integration of creative concepts across traditional and digital channels to drive brand awareness and engagementEnsure a high level of design execution is met across a wide variety of B2B and B2C marketing assetsCollaborate across the organization and manage the team to ensure Creative Services is oriented to helping advance the business in meaningful waysOversight in development of brand positioning, messaging and visual evolution, refreshOwnership of tracking and metrics for all activities- reports to senior managementResearches, formulates, and shares best practices and standards for UX research and development of user experiencesOther Experience Required

Bachelor's degree or higher in related field preferred5+ years of relevant in-house/agency experience with marketing, brand, and interactive designExpertise in UX/UI design principles, user-centered design methodologies, and e-commerce best practices.Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling visual solutionsExperience leading and mentoring a team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountabilityAbility to blend creativity with strategic thinking and translating business objectives into compelling solutionsStrong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to build, motivate and lead high-performing creative teamsVery strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to think analyticallyA sound understanding of digital marketing practices, tactics, and strategiesPassion for innovation, staying ahead of best practices in creative marketing, emerging technologies, and industry trendsProven track record of developing successful digital marketing campaigns that drive resultsExpert level skill in the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)Experience Figma, and Microsoft PowerPoint is preferredExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present creative concepts to leadershipThe Perks
