Your challengesTeam Lead: Foster a collaborative and innovative Americas Digital Marketing team. Determine deliverables and prioritize tasksRepresentation: Represent Americas Market Region as a key user for digital channels with global stakeholdersDigital Landscape: Keep abreast of online marketing environment, new developments, changing best practices, algorithm updates, etc.Training: Update marketing team on digital best practicesCollaboration: Work alongside regional, global and corporate marketing teams to drive alignment and comraderyTasks:

Digital Marketing

Marketing Automation: Provide strategic guidance for, and drive marketing automation including campaign strategy, asset building, programming, testing, deployment and analysisEmail Marketing: Manage editorial calendar, provide guidance on best practices and learnings, build, deploy, and evaluate emailsDigital Advertising: Collaborate with agency to drive digital ad strategy and budgeting including Google Ads (PPC/Paid Search) and Google Display Network (Display), provide consultation for 3rd party display adsSocial Media: Develop the regional social media strategy in-line with global direction, manage editorial calendar, create and schedule posts, manage influencers, oversee social listening, track budget, posting and metricsWebsite, Landing Pages & eCommerce

Web Page Development: Manage microsite and campaign landing page process, briefing documents, building, content management, activation and overall page successForms: Own form management and creation including aligning with stakeholders (e.g. global teams, marcomm team)Website Backend Management & Maintenance: Oversee product listings, promotions, banners and eShop including PIM maintenanceSEO: Drive regional SEO strategy and plan, develop recommendations to increase visibility and ranking work and align with stakeholder to execute onData and Analytics

KPIs: Support in determining KPIs and benchmarks for activitiesData & Analytics: Capture and analyze data for digital channels, determine success metrics, identify areas of success and areas of improvement, make recommendationsReporting: Develop reports which showcase data, outcomes, and recommendations for marketing communication channels concisely and clearlyOther

Campaigns: Collaborate with colleagues on campaigns with a focus on optimizing digital channelsCompliance: Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with relevant corporate and/or local regulations and standards (e.g. LGPD, CASL, GDPR)Additional marketing responsibilities as neededUp to 20% travel requirement within the Market Region and internationallyYour expertise

Completed (Bachelor's or Master's) degree in marketing, communications or similar concentrationMinimum of 5-7 years of related work experience in marketing. Team leadership experience a plus.Life science industry experience desirableExperience in an international and matrixed organization. Ideally working with cross-cultural teams.Professional competence, special knowledge (e.g. languages, IT)
