Darigold is looking for a dynamic, growth-oriented marketer to join our team as we continue to revolutionize the Darigold brand nationally and accelerate growth across the e-commerce landscape. As the Senior Manager of Digital and E-commerce Marketing at Darigold, you will play a pivotal role in leading our digital marketing strategies and media planning to enhance brand awareness, consumer engagement, and drive revenue growth nationally. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, optimizing media strategies across various digital platforms, and maximizing ROI along. Additionally, you will be an integral voice in helping translate the Darigold brand into best-in-class advertising creative.

A successful candidate will be a strategic, data-led decision maker who is collaborative and highly capable of delivering superior results in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and omni-channel environment.

What You Will Do

Digital Strategy Development:

Develop and execute holistic digital marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives and business goals. Drive innovation and explore new digital channels to maximize reach and engagement.Media Planning and Buying:

Lead the planning, negotiation, and execution of media plans across digital channels, including display advertising, paid search, video advertising, and programmatic buying. Ensure media plans are optimized to achieve campaign KPIs and maximize ROI.E-commerce Strategy:

Build a compelling, best-in-class Darigold e-commerce brand presence while developing and executing strategies to accelerate traffic, conversion, and sales growth through e-commerce channels.Brand Positioning:

Ensure the delivery of a compelling brand positioning, in collaboration with brand leaders, that resonates with target consumers across all touchpoints. Align strategies to reinforce and enhance brand identity and messaging with consumers (and internal stakeholders).Campaign Management:

Oversee the implementation and optimization of digital marketing campaigns. Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.Budget Management:

Manage digital marketing and media budgets effectively, monitoring spending and optimizing allocation to achieve cost-efficiency and performance goals.Leadership:

Manage a marketing communications team, while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the team. Provide guidance on campaign strategies and professional development.Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with brand management team leadership, creative services, and other functional departments (IT, analytics, sales) to align digital marketing efforts with our consumer business objectives.Vendor and Agency Management:

Manage relationships with digital advertising platforms, media agencies, technology vendors, and other external partners. Negotiate contracts, evaluate performance, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.Analytics and Reporting:

Utilize digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to track, measure, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs). Develop regular performance reports and presentations for senior management.Stay Updated:

Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and media planning. Implement innovative strategies and tactics to maintain competitive advantage.What You Bring

Experience:

5+ years of experience in digital marketing, media planning, or related roles, preferably within the Food & Beverage (or CPG) industry.Digital Marketing & Media Planning:

Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies and media plans with superior results.E-commerce:

Experience in e-commerce marketing, with a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, growth strategies, and brand-building best practices.Data Led Decision Making:

Strong analytical skills, proficiency in digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), and ability to optimize spending for maximum ROI.Creative Judgement:

Solid creative experience, aptitude, and passion in best-in-class advertising.Entrepreneurial Spirit:

An innovative problem solver with a growth-oriented mindset.Passionate Vision:

Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for innovation in digital marketing and media planning.Leadership Skills:
