Key Responsibilities:Graphic Design Mastery:
Craft visually appealing and marketable graphics for both new and existing products, ensuring consistency with branding style guides.Campaigns & Packaging:
Develop eye-catching online graphics, sales/marketing materials, and retail packaging. Design support graphics like signage, banners, and booth backdrops.Amazon Content:
Create high-quality content for Amazon to drive product visibility and sales.Regulatory Compliance:
Collaborate with our regulatory department and factories to meet labeling requirements and ensure print quality standards.Project Oversight:
Manage artwork projects through the production process, liaising with printers and suppliers to uphold color and quality standards.Team Collaboration:
Work with domestic suppliers, including freelance designers, packaging engineers, photographers, and web developers. Support the Private Label Manager with artwork creation.Stay Current:
Keep up-to-date with design trends and production capabilities to ensure innovative and effective solutions.Project Management Duties:
Asset Creation:
Assist in developing artwork assets for third-party design houses.Communication Hub:
Act as the liaison between sales reps, third-party designers, and factories/printers.Packaging Specifications:
Create and manage product packaging specifications in collaboration with factories.Timeline Management:
Ensure artwork and packaging meet timelines aligned with product launches.Record Keeping:
Maintain digital records of artwork, packaging specs, and photos.Qualifications:
Education:
BA or BS Degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communications.Experience:
10+ years in graphic design with 5+ years in a leadership and project management role.Skills:
Extensive experience in photo editing, package design, and pre-press files.Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.Knowledge of WordPress, video editing, e-commerce graphics, social media graphics, marketing, and advertising is a plus.
Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

The Senior Graphic Design Manager is responsible for the development of sales/marketing artwork and graphics and themanagement of artwork projects from concept to print.Key Responsibilities/SkillsGraphic Design• Create desirable and marketable artwork for new and existing product lines.• Meeting standards consistent with branding style guides.• Strategize and develop and market online graphics and campaigns• Develop and execute sales/marketing graphics and retail packaging.• Create support graphics including signage, pop-up banners and booth backdrop.• Strategize, develop, and execute A+ Amazon content.• Work closely with regulatory department and factories to adhere to regulatory requirements for labeling for allproducts.• Communicating with factory/printer and proofing files.• Hold printers accountable for print quality to maintain color branding standards.• Uphold GMI printing standards and manage SKUs through the process with our printers.• Evaluate/approve pre- and first-run product production.• Communicate with domestic suppliers as needed including, but not limited to, freelance designers, packagingengineers, photographer and web developer• Support to Private Label Manager with artwork creation.• Continually keep knowledgeable on changing capabilities and trends in design and production
Project Management• Assist with creating and turning over artwork assets to 3 rd party design house.• Liaison between sales rep, private label 3 rd party designers and factory/printer.• Create product packaging specs for in-house brands in cooperation with factories.• Maintain excellent communications with China and India suppliers.• Meet timelines for new product strategies that sync with product launch timelines.• Maintain digital records for artwork, packaging specs and photos.
