Unique Skills:

Support the design of project dashboards and other helpful visuals (slides for presentations) to communicate information quickly and effectively to all stakeholders.Facilitate meetings efficiently and effectively, identify action items from meetings clearly and provide clear meeting recaps to attendees.Collaborate with Marketing team members via Champions Forum to promote a continuous improvement mindset and identify user experience enhancements.Manage translation work with outside vendor and internal partners.Support onboarding/ training of new users.Assist in managing the Workfront project management platform, including creating request queues, layout templates, custom forms, views, filters, groupings, and program and portfolios management.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Must be a self-starter who demonstrates strong initiative, exceptional time management, and exemplary organizational skills.Creative and collaborative team player.Impeccable attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues.Proficiency in project management software and tools (preferably Workfront).Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) preferred.Ability to learn quickly, embrace change, and thrive in a project-driven environment.

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's Degree Project Management, Business, Communications, Design, Writing, Photography or related field required or equivalent combination of experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 2 years of experience in leading or assisting project management.

Position Purpose :

The role of Specialist II, Marketing Project Management is to assist in all phases of project planning and implementation, including strategy, scope, budget, metrics, timelines and deadlines, task development and assignment, progress tracking and process documentation, through to project completion, delivering results that are high quality, on time and within budget, helping to ensure Company and Marketing strategic and ARC goals are successfully met.

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

Gather and document project requests .Work with project manager and Marketing leadership team members to obtain project approval, project prioritization and project completion requirements .Assist the project manager in developing and defining project scope .Conduct project research as needed .Schedule and facilitate project kickoff meetings and other meetings as required.Work with other Marketing departments to determine project human resources needed and capacity available .Enter and track project tasks and milestones in Teamwork Projects or other management tools .Communicate with project team members throughout the project regarding progress, scope changes, etc.Inform and coordinate with project manager during all project phases .Serve as an active member of project teams, including sharing knowledge and insights regarding creative activities .Determine and secure approvals, including departmental managers, Marketing leadership and Legal staff .Manage multiple projects simultaneously .Help ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and meet quality standards .Work with appropriate departments to coordinate analysis of metrics in determining project success .

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:

Knowledge in the creative arts.Proficiency in various software programs including Word, Excel and Teamwork Projects or other task management tools. Excellent communication and writing ability. Extremely detail-oriented with superb interpersonal relationship skills.
