We are in search of a seasoned product marketing manager to help us unlock the potential of hundreds of thousands of children that we serve around the world. WPS is the leading independent publisher of clinical and educational assessments that assist in diagnosing and treating mental health disorders. We have best-in-class service, extremely high-quality products, and a robust people-first culture.We require a Product Marketing Manager to conduct market research, develop product positioning, and orchestrate go-to-market. You will be marketing's subject matter expert on WPS products, leading sales and marketing enablement activities and providing insight into packaging and pricing strategies. You will be at the forefront of maximizing the appeal and market penetration of our new suite of digital solutions.Essential Responsibilities:

Research:

Conduct market research

Product: target market, technical features, roadmap, sales trendsCompetitor: product offerings, packaging, pricing, messaging, positioningCustomer: behaviors, interviews, surveys, CSAT, advocacy, top accounts, buyer journeyIndustry: market trends, keyword analysis, secondary research reports, regulations

Strategy Development: Articulate a product marketing strategy that drives business goals

Synthesize research into key insights to drive go-to-market strategy and guide continuous improvement effortsCreate Ideal Customer Profiles and Buyer Personas specific to the purchase journeyDevelop product positioning. Identify key selling points and points of differentiation relative to the competition. Create a clear laddering between technical features, functional benefits, and emotional benefits.Proactively collaborate with sales, marketing, product, R&D and other departments to socialize the strategy iteratively and often with the why behind the go-to-market proposal, that demonstrates how success is achievable

Go-to-market:

Orchestrate product launch activities to achieve

strategic goals

Build and manage a calendared GTM plan with milestonesShepherd creative briefs, sales collateral and sales trainingsDevelop distributor channel collateral for WPS published productsEnsure product pages deliver key messaging to drive on-page sales conversionCreate press kit & product storytelling

Quarterly & Annual Planning: Set key performance indicators, track and optimize

Prioritize product marketing support tiers commensurate with business potentialEnsure that channel marketing plans align with product marketing prioritiesEvaluate, adjust, and sustain key performance indicators vs. strategyManage and implement a refresh calendar for product marketing assetsManage a product marketing content hub to ensure easy and ready access to assets

Minimum Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in Product MarketingExperience building partnerships with Product Management, Sales and cross-functional teams, and shaping GTM roadmaps and strategiesStrong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teamsExpert communicator, able to translate strategies into effective sales and marketing assetsStrong analytical skills, adept at translating to insights that support product development and go to market strategiesAdvanced knowledge of consumer behavior and marketing research, able to proactively and independently seek out required inputsPreferred Qualifications:

Experience as a School Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, Clinical Psychologist, or Speech Language PathologistExperience in the psychological and educational assessment industry, with knowledge of psychological test administration, scoring and interpretationCompetencies:Decision Making - The ability to make quick and informed decisions based on the process of gathering information, examining your possibilities, comparing them, and choosing a course of action.
