We're looking for a versatile Marketing Manager to drive growth across our 9 dental practices. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution in various marketing disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goalsExecute multi-channel marketing campaigns (social, email, PPC, local SEO)Manage content creation for all digital platformsOptimize website performance and user experienceAnalyze marketing data and provide actionable insightsCoordinate with practice managers to implement local marketing initiativesOversee brand consistency across all marketing materialsOrganize and execute video/photo shoots for marketing contentRequirements:
5+ years of diverse marketing experienceProven track record in digital marketing (social media, email, PPC)Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision makingExperience with marketing automation tools and CRM systemsProficiency in content creation (writing, basic design, video)Understanding of SEO best practicesExcellent project management and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesPreferred Skills:
Experience in healthcare or dental industry marketingKnowledge of advanced marketing technologies (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Landing Page Builders, CRMs)Familiarity with marketing compliance in healthcare
This position requires being based in Denver. We offer a competitive starting salary of $80,000 annually, with potential for growth. Benefits include employer-subsidized healthcare, 401K contributions, paid holidays, and generous paid time off.
