About this role

Writer is looking for a well-rounded brand designer who's thoughtful and talented, and eager to work hard, collaborate, and learn. As a key member of our design team, you'll help our team produce a wide array of design deliverables - from ads to decks to blogs and more. You'll work directly with our senior brand designer and creative director. Writer is experiencing a period of high growth as generative AI takes the world by storm, and you'll join a company of high-performing coworkers.

Your ResponsibilitiesOwn production design for ads, presentations, content design, social media posts, Humans of AI podcast art, portrait art, assist with web page design, and product marketing materialLayout visual content for blogs, guides, and customer spotlights to enhance reader engagementDesign simple presentation decks and detailed webinar decks to support our marketing and sales teamsAid in the creation and optimization of outbound ads to maximize campaign reach and effectivenessDesign compelling email templates for product launches and integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency with our brand guidelines☆ Is this you?

Two years of design experiencePortfolio exhibiting outstanding use of typography, iconography, color, and visual communication (Motion a plus)Functional in Figma, Adobe, and Google slidesBalance of design excellence with urgency and speedAbility to communicate with precision, clarity, honesty, and low egoAbility to navigate ambiguous projects in tight deadlinesAbility and openness to learn quickly
