We embrace a diverse and creative environment where everyone is celebrated.Responsibilities:Design and own missions from the initial paper design to a shippable state, including the design of new gameplay ingredients and encounters.Iterate upon mission design through feedback and playtesting to ensure the desired player experience is met.Create the logic flow of missions through visual scripting and manage the associated data.Oversee the evolution of missions through each step of conception, ensuring design intentions are respected towards final delivery.Establish and actively improve design conventions for mission goals, actions, pacing, etc.Support and review the work of junior teammates.Provide time estimates and reprioritize goals as necessary.Create and present detailed design documents and associated requests as necessary.Collaborate and follow up daily with other departments.What We're Looking For:10+ years of game industry experience as a level/mission designer, especially on AAA titles.Strong understanding of mission flow and pacing.Experience with visual scripting and sequencing tools (Blueprint, Flowgraph).Proficient with Unreal Engine and related tools.Ability and willingness to adapt to constant changes.Good communication skills, both written and verbal in French and/or English.Behaviour Interactive is the largest Canadian gaming studio, with more than 1,300 employees worldwide.
