This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly engaged, motivated, and collaborative team to drive the ambition of the full ETHICON Biosurgery portfolio. The Marketing Manager SURGIFLO, GSM Biosurgery, will be responsible for leading projects and end-to-end brand management including partnering to develop brand strategy for the SURGIFLO Brand, as well as for Commercial Leadership and overall Brand Support. This individual will apply Biosurgery growth strategies to get results and ensure achievement of business plans.

Responsibilities:

Partner with the Sr Manager SURGIFLO brand lead on end-to-end brand strategy including platform segmentation, positioning, pricing strategies, claims, and life cycle management.

Partner with Regional Marketing to ensure flawless global implementation of the brand strategies and ongoing program execution.

Participate as a key member of the project leadership team, driving clinical objectives, while balancing schedule and resourcing. Partner with R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Sales, Regional Marketing, Finance, GBI, and key customers in planning, coordinating and sequencing product launches and line extensions.

Provide commercial input to the advancement of product concepts through the new product development process including providing insights and voice of customers, developing the business case, implementing target product profiles, and leading product launch excellence.

This person has the responsibility to reach financial targets within specified budgets and timeframes. This person will ensure applicable company compliance with all relevant country and regional requirements, company regulations, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

Required

A Minimum of a bachelor’s degree

A minimum of 5 years of progressive business experience

A minimum of 3 years experience in Marketing or Sales

Experience with Marketing Excellence/Mastery, including Launch Excellence principles

Excellent cross-functional influencing skills and ability to develop customer relationships

Preferred

An Advanced Degree (i.e., MBA, MS)

Experience in the healthcare industry and the Medical Device industry

Previous regional in-line marketing and/or Global marketing experience

Experience in product development including needs assessment, portfolio management and product lifecycle management.

Experience with supply chain, global brand management, influencing a Medical Device sales force and new product launch

Demonstrated experience developing and using customer insights

Proven ability to work in a Global organization

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $99,000 - $170,200
