Description

In this role, you will work on trade marketing plans covering promotions, merchandising, customer experience and analytics and develop online strategies and promotional plans that enhance program visibility and drive sales. You will support on new and existing business strategy working with highly strategic external parties. You will work with the central marketing team to build strong traffic plans including Onsite, Outbound, Social Media and Paid Advertising channels. You will work closely with partner teams (Business, Operations, PR, Finance and Legal) on the creation and implementation of best-in-class customer experience, support large scale events, analyze performance and improve execution based on learning.

To be successful in this role, you should be passionate about the customer, be able to work with multiple teams, have proven analytical capability, project management skills, and the ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be able to execute while also spotting and driving opportunities for automation and process improvement. This is a growing and fast moving business and you will be required to move quickly, be comfortable dealing with ambiguity, pivot as needed and learn tools as needed.

Basic Qualifications

For this position we expect:

4+ years of professional experience in marketing ideally within a FMCG environment

Strong project management skills

Very high customer orientation

Strong analytical skills and a passion for metrics and figures, and the ability to get into the details, while also seeing and understanding the big picture (Excel proficiency)

Fluent in English and Italian. Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to influence

Ability to partner with diverse teams in different organizations

Demonstrated experience using marketing metrics to drive business decisions

Demonstrated experience owning multi-channel marketing programs end-to-end

Preferred Qualifications

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to manage multiple competing priorities

High comfort level with current marketing measurement practices and attribution methods in online and offline channels

Post-graduate education / Masters level qualification
