We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Cloud Campaign Manager to join our dynamic marketing team.Key Responsibilities :Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Create and manage targeted email campaigns, personalized content, and customer journeys.Optimize lead nurturing and conversion processes to drive engagement and sales.Utilize Marketing Cloud Studios and Builders including Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder, Content Builder, and Audience Builder.Configure data models, data extensions, and contact models to ensure effective campaign management.Implement A/B testing and analyze campaign performance metrics to improve results.Create complex sender profiles related to CRM data, configure business units as needed, and manage reply mail management.Set up data integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other systems in collaboration with the IT team.Automate marketing workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Collaborate with content teams to create compelling marketing collateral.Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.Manage content libraries within Marketing Cloud to streamline content creation and distribution.Monitor key performance indicators related to marketing campaigns.Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Track ROI and campaign effectiveness to measure success and identify areas for enhancement.Qualifications :Proven experience managing marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and AMPscript.Solid understanding of customer segmentation and personalization techniques.Certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Experience with CRM integration to ensure seamless data flow and campaign execution.Benefits:401(k) with 4% matchHealth, Vision, and Dental insuranceGenerous PTO and Holiday CalendarQuarterly Paid Mental Health Day
