Because we believe every transaction has the potential to be transformational.Job Description: Creative Ops Coordinator will play a pivotal role in assisting the Head of Creative Operations in the day-to-day managing of the Design and Content Creation creative teams. This individual will be responsible for coordinating internal teams capacity ensuring timely delivery of client deliverables, and optimizing workflows. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for creative processes, and LOVES people as this role works very closely with our entire creative team here at Front Row!RequirementsAssist the Head of Creative Operations in daily activities, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements when needed.Support the planning and execution of creative projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered toCommunicate with freelancers and internal teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure deliverables meet expectationsMaintain and organize project documentation, including contracts, briefs, and feedbackCollaborate with the creative team to streamline processes and improve efficiencyDevelop and help implement efficient workflow initiatives and processes to optimize the creative team's productivity and ensure seamless collaboration across teamsAssist in talent resourcing, planning and allocation, ensuring that the right team members are assigned to the right projects based on their skills and availabilityAssist in monitoring and tracking internal budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial constraintsManage relationships with freelancers, including updating contracts, onboarding, and record archivingGenerate reports on project status, team performance, and resource utilization to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvementPerform other administrative and operational tasks as neededBonus Points:if you have any experience working with a workload management system and extra points if you have experience with Asana specificallyif you have any experience working with creative teams producing shootsBenefits20 PTO days (prorated based upon start date) + 7 sick days per annual year + company holidaysMedical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Benefits401kSummer FridaysSALARY RANGE - $55,000 - 65,000
