Crunch Pak is looking for a Project Manager to oversee our strategic product partnerships to assist with new product development and relationship management. The ideal candidate will have proven project management experience to own strategic cross-functional projects and programs around product development and licensed product management. This role requires scoping and creating project plans, developing processes, coordinating and driving execution and communicating to senior management on status, risks and process/product changes. The Project Manager is responsible for championing the development and execution of short-term and long-term product success. The PM will focus on leading cross-functional teams, including those from Operations, Procurement, Finance, R&D, QA, Sales, and Marketing, to ensure delivery of successful products (both existing and current) which meet consumer and customer needs. This role will serve as a key point of contact ensuring smooth information flow between licensees and internal departments and will develop and communicate project timelines and accountabilities.Duties:

Project Management – Support development to approved commercialization of Sales & Marketing Program Projects via collaborative project management between Licensee Partners and all Crunch Pak internal teams.Product development/commercialization – collaborate with R&D, Procurement and Operations teams and directly with suppliers to develop new products and renovate current products.Licensee Management - Collaborate with Crunch Pak’s licensee partners to ensure new and existing products are in line with licensee initiatives and latest trends and manage licensee requirements to uphold and maintain required standards and assist in driving collaboration between licensee marketing team and internal Crunch Pak marketing team.Category Management – Utilize IRI Data reports and collaborate with Category Manager to assess success of existing products, competitive offerings and identify opportunity for additional category growth.Performance Management – Monitor sales results to ensure revenues meet budgetary goals and track product performance.Business Development – Understand competitor landscape and assist in development of new products and line extensions that generate incremental growth for Crunch Pak.Collaborates with Sales/ Marketing to evaluate opportunity spaces (consumer insights, competitors, category trends and future trends) to assess new category opportunities.Product management – understand cost structure drivers of current portfolio; work with the Operations/ Finance teams to manage costs, operational efficiency, and processing capacity. Create and manage the costing information for new products, throughout their initial roll out.Longer-term product innovation – meet changing consumer needs; create differentiation vs. competition; suggesting new capabilities as needed.Assortment Optimization – collaborates with Marketing and Sales teams to enable and drive in-market success.Develop and lead quarterly meetings with internal stakeholders to review product performance and update ongoing and upcoming project planning.Qualifications:
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects against deadlines.Strong ability to build and maintain healthy cross functional departmental relationships.Knowledge and experience with syndicated IRI/ Neilsen information.Proficient in working with Senior Level Management within external and internal environments.Strong Independent thinking with DIY mentality.Proactively identify problems and provide solution suggestions.Identify and Support Process Improvements.Adapt work schedule to customer and company needs.Complete understanding of the processes and the effects of process deviation.Ability to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced and dynamic environment.Professional in all forms of communication.Education and/or Work History:
Bachelor’s degree in project management, Food Science, Biological Sciences, or related field preferred. 3 or more years related experience and/or training in the field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience in CPG/ Cut Fruit/ Produce is preferred.Project Management experience with full ownership of all stages – development, commercialization, marketing, launch.Proficient in Excel, Teams, Word, Power Point, Power BI), able to learn new programs.Experience in food manufacturing process preferred.Supervisory Expectation:This position does not hold any supervisory responsibilities; there is an expectation to lead and engage all team members in a positive and productive way. A high level of communication and collaboration is essential.Physical Demands/ Work Environment:This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing.Travel:Travel will be required for market research, tradeshows, and customer visits. This will require out-of-the-area and overnight travel. 20-30% Travel. Visits to Crunch Pak and Taylor Farms offices and facilities periodically throughout the year.Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:This is a full-time exempt position. This position is located at the Cashmere, WA office and is not a remote position.The Company provides a variety of benefits,
the first of the month following 60 days after your hire date, including health care, dental and vision, as well as opportunity to enroll in supplemental plans. A 401K plan that includes a company match of up to 4% is also offered. Paid holidays and paid time off will begin accruing on your first day of employment.Compensation:Annual Salary: $80,000 - $110,000
