Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive.The JobMonolith Productions is currently looking for a talented Advanced Designer to join our Wonder Woman team and work closely with design and art teams with the goal of expanding our immersive design capability. This role will help multiple design teams realize their visions for a living open world, adapting systemic gameplay, and immersive game spaces.
The Daily•
Be an indispensable part of our design department, working closely with other designers, artists, and directors to help elevate the immersive Wonder Woman experience•
Work closely with our living world team to help bring our world to life•
Work closely with our system design team to help realize our systemic gameplay and related world elements•
Work with directors and the system design team to develop reward systems and post-launch, extended-engagement, and premium content•
Work with our missions, living world, and world design teams to help visualize layouts of our world locations and gameplay spaces•
Become a communication bridge between world art and our content design teamsThe Essentials•
8+ years of experience in the game industry working as a world designer or world artist with an eye toward developing immersive world spaces•
Experienced at developing features from concept, through prototyping and iteration phases•
Excellent written and verbal communication skills•
Passion for games and game developmentThe Nice to Haves•
Experience with VFX•
Experience with Houdini•
Passion for the Wonder Woman IP

Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
