Join us as we continue to innovate and shape the future of AI automation.About the roleAs Orby continues to build our products and serve new customers, we are looking for an experienced Product Designer to help craft the future of human-AI interactions at Orby. We are in the early stages, which means you will work on many compelling and diverse design challenges, such as, how users can effectively teach AI about their workflows, how Orby integrates smoothly with customer's internal systems to get the tasks done, how to smoothly hand off decisions to humans when Orby has low confidence in its execution, etc. You will work closely with cross-functional partners throughout the entire product development process, from research and strategy to iteration, to launch, and continuous improvement. Venturing into this emerging industry, there's a lot that needs to be figured out. Therefore, you will drive design with sometimes indefinite starting points. Experience with enterprise software and AI/ML products is a plus.A proven track record of shipping designs that drive customer and business impact.Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers, stakeholders, and team members.Experience with a broad range of design methodologies and tools.Bachelor degree in HCI, Design, Architecture or related field, or comparable work experience.CompensationWe aim to attract and retain the best employees and compensate them in a way that appropriately and fairly values their individual contributions to the company.We provide competitive benefits including medical, dental, and vision plans, unlimited PTO, paid lunch for in office days and a 401(k) savings plan with company match.The pay range for this position in California, is estimated to fall in the base range of approximately 130k-200k.This estimate can vary based on the factors described above, so the actual starting annual base salary may vary.
