As we continue to grow and expand our market presence, we are seeking a dynamic Social Media and Content Marketing Manager to enhance our social media strategy, drive business growth, and foster strong client relationships. The Social Media and AI-CRM Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and executing social media and Lead Gen strategies that align with our business development goals, identifying new opportunities for growth, and nurturing long-term relationships with clients and partners. This role requires a blend of marketing expertise, business acumen, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and strong relationship management skills.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy and Execution:

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. • Create and manage content calendars across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram). • Oversee the development of engaging content, including posts, graphics, videos, and ads. • Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies to stay ahead of industry developments. • Administer and maintain AI-driven CRM systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships through various channels. • Develop strategies to leverage social media for lead generation and customer acquisition. • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and partners and understand their needs.

Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, influencers, and industry partners. • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding social media services and inquiries. • Address client concerns and feedback promptly and professionally. • Collaborate with clients to understand their social media goals and deliver tailored solutions.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Track, analyze, and report on social media and CRM performance metrics and KPIs. • Use data insights to optimize strategies and improve campaign effectiveness. • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on social media performance, CRM and business development activities.

AI Integration:

• Leverage AI tools to automate processes, enhance data analysis, and improve business insights.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment between social media and overall marketing strategies. • Coordinate with sales, product, and customer support teams to integrate social media efforts with broader business objectives. • Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and networking functions.

Budget Management:

• Develop and manage budgets for social media campaigns and business development initiatives. • Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective execution of social media strategies. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus. • Proven experience in social media marketing, business development, and relationship management. • Manage and Optimize CRM Systems. Administer and maintain AI-driven CRM systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability. • Customize CRM workflows, fields, and configurations to meet the specific needs of the business. • Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Demonstrated ability to create engaging content and manage social media campaigns. • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics). • Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions. • High attention to detail and accuracy in data management and system configuration. • Familiarity with lead generation and client relationship management a plus • Self-motivated with a strategic mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. • Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in AI and CRM technologies to continuously improve system capabilities. Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 yearly
