Job Title: Creative CoordinatorLocation: San Francisco, CAEmployment Type: TemporaryHours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pmPay range: $30-34/hourDepartment: Design and PhotoWe are seeking a talented and organized Creative Coordinator to join our client's Design and Photo Department on a temporary basis while one of our employees is on maternity leave. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and production, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in various design and office software. This role requires a portfolio of past work to be submitted with the application.Key Responsibilities:Receive, log, and coordinate design job requests and photographer requests. Assist the design team with the production of print, web, and digital graphic design projects, prioritizing skill set in that order.Maintain internal and external digital photography archives. Keep accurate purchase records and file invoices.Monitor branded item inventory and prepare monthly billing.Utilize MacIntosh OS, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Bridge), MS Office, Google Sheets/Docs, and Epson scanning software effectively.Assist in various aspects of graphic design and production as needed.Position Requirements:Minimum of two years in graphic design and production.Degree in Visual Communications, Design, or a combination of education and relevant experience.Proficient in MacIntosh OS and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Bridge).Proficient in MS Office and Google Sheets/Docs.Familiarity with Epson scanning software.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
