Our law firm client is seeking a dynamic Marketing Director with expertise in direct response marketing to lead the team remotely. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating leads through strategic content marketing and optimizing conversion funnels. Experience in service industries or professional service industries is highly desirable.Responsibilities:Develop and execute direct response marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.Create compelling content, including free guides, to attract and convert prospects into leads.Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.Manage a team, including an event coordinator, to support marketing initiatives and ensure seamless execution of seminars and events.Collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing efforts with business objectives and revenue goals.Monitor and manage marketing budgets effectively.Requirements:Proven experience (5-10) in direct response marketing within service industries.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Excellent leadership and communication skills to inspire and manage a team remotely.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment with occasional travel for meetings.Preferred Qualifications:Experience managing marketing efforts for companies in the $5-$15 million revenue range.Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience.Remote work flexibility with occasional in-person leadership meetings.Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision coverage.
