Marketing & Operations CoordinatorStarting Pay: $20-22/h + bonuses1st year all-in-target earnings: $45-75kThis is a small, fast-growing online retailer selling printed and laser engraved products. They sell under 2 brands, on 6 marketplaces, and ship to 7 countries.We are hiring a Junior Marketing Specialist to join our team in Fayetteville, AR. This is a hybrid role where you will spend half your time developing/marketing new products and the other half working with the production team to quality check finished products. If you are creative, data driven, energetic, and very detail oriented, we want to speak with you!Duties (Product Development):-Using a variety of data sources and research methods, determine what new products to sell that will delight our customers.-Create and manage listings on Amazon, Etsy, Walmart, Google, TikTok and other marketplaces-Create eye catching photos & videos for product listings that are both informative and sale generating-Create copy that is both informative and maximizes SEO exposure-Utilized ppc advertising and promotions to gain sales momentum-Bonuses/Incentives are based on sales performance of these new listingsDuties (Operational):-Communicate with customers about order requirements to ensure the finished product(s) align with their vision-Quality check design files to ensure they are accurate and aesthetically pleasing-Quality check finished product to ensure manufacturing quality-Other tasks as requiredRequirements:-Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in digital marketing, business, advertising, graphic design or related-Desire to work where your high performance is recognized and compensated-Experience with the Adobe suite of programs is a plus-Extensive experience using AI is also a plus-3rd party marketplace marketing experience is a huge plus-Excellent verbal and written skills-Hard-working, reliable, and enthusiastic-Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills.-In-Office working most of the time.
