Looking for a responsible and highly motivated Outside Retail and Sales Manager to run and flourish our Janitorial and Construction Supplies Store. Top Choice Supplies sells Janitorial Supplies, Safety Supplies, and Rental of traffic control equipment. Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision. Able to understand customer's needs and provide them with the best possible solution. Must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy challenges. Excellent verbal communication skills, and attention to detail. You will be working independently in and outside the store to manage and promote the business as well as bring in customers. Tasks and Responsibilities: • Travels within sales territory to meet prospects and customers. • Conducts calls and face to face meetings with customers daily. • Point of contact for the Janitorial supply and safety retail and rental Store in person and on a website • Builds and maintains relationships with new and repeat customers. • Services current customers by maintaining rapport; evaluating customer needs for new opportunities; responding to requests; resolving problems. • Develops new customers by establishing new distribution channels; explaining product potential to retailers; identifying possibilities for product improvements and new products. • Promote and market the store to attract customers and market the brand for daily operations and special events through social media. (i.e., Website, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc. • Maintains distributor network by explaining promotion; attending presentations; supporting efforts; answering questions. • Increases market share by designing and presenting national and local promotions. • Sells products and establishes services with customers by educating customers on the product benefits financially and professionally. • Receives and counts new products, reconciles delivery invoices, tickets, and enters new products into the system. • Completes customer transactions using POS register system. • Balance receipts and payments daily. • Prepares and controls the store's budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency. • Monitors stock levels and purchases and ensures they stay within budget. • Deals with complaints from customers to maintain the store's reputation. • Ensures the store fulfils all legal health and safety guidelines.
