The candidate will work with rest of the Marketing team and marketing agencies to deliver a full spectrum of marketing deliverables. The candidate will drive business success through brand elevation, lead generation, digital customer engagement, the customer journey, and Sales tools and education.Primary responsibilities:Write project case studies.Manage PACE Equity's social media presence.Create content for PACE Equity's website.Participate in and support communication with external marketing agencies.Collaborate with broader team to support nationwide sales effort and work toward corporate goals.Maintain marketing databases and ensure marketing operations run in a consistent and efficient manner.The ideal candidate has familiarity with many of the following marketing functions and deliverables:Social media content development and management (LinkedIn only)Writing brochure & project contentResearch and develop thought leadership contentSales team event supportSearch Engine Marketing / RemarketingSalesforce, Account Engagement (Pardot), WordPress, or other technologies used to manage Marketing functionsSales toolkitsQUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in business or a related field.1-2 years of experience in digital marketing preferred.Strong writing and communication skills required.Experience with graphic design, Salesforce/Account Engagement, Commercial Real Estate, or website design a plus.ADDITIONAL NOTES3 days/2 days hybrid work environment.
