Director of Marketing

The Griffing Group is seeking a Director of Marketing to join our leadership team. We are a nationally-renowned consulting firm that provides best-in-class business valuation reports, expert witness testimony, and strategic advisory services. For more than 30 years, our clients have trusted us to deliver sophisticated analysis in high-stakes engagements.We are seeking candidates who are self-starters, intellectually curious, and eager for the opportunity to partner with industry-leading professionals in a collaborative, boutique consulting environment. We have a great story to tell and are looking a talented marketer who will help propel us to the next level.ResponsibilitiesContinuously expand and improve our marketing strategyDesign and manage a calendar of business development activities for senior staff (e.g., presentations to current and prospective clients, networking and speaking engagements, placement in industry publications, etc.)Create digital content for our website, LinkedIn page, and email marketingMaintain our CRM database (HubSpot)Required Qualifications5+ years of experience in marketing for professional service firms (e.g., valuation, investment banking, law, accounting, consulting)Bachelor's degree in a relevant fieldExcellent verbal and written skillsAbility to work collaboratively and create an inclusive environment for people at all levels of the firmCapability to drive an independent workstream in the context of a broader team projectStrong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookPreference for at least basic graphic design skills
