Sr. Product Marketing ManagerYou'll develop and execute dynamic go-to-market (GTM) campaigns and content that connect with our audience in the IT and cybersecurity sectors. Your role involves conducting market analysis to understand trends and customer needs, refining product positioning, and crafting high-quality marketing materials. Working closely with product owners, industry experts, and sales engineers.In this role, you'll translate complex technical concepts into compelling, easy-to-understand narratives. You'll clearly communicate the benefits and technical differentiators of Adaptiva's platform, empowering our sales team with the tools they need to succeed. Your clear and concise communication style ensures our messaging is straightforward, value-driven, and optimized across various channels, from sales materials to digital content.ResponsibilitiesDevelops product positioning and messaging that differentiates Adaptiva's products in the market.Cooperate with the Product team and management on market analysis, trends definition and competitive intelligence.Write detailed technical product description and marketing materials for our product offerings.Produce and maintain technical use cases and case studies to strongly showcase our product strengths.Create and maintain technical white papers, presentations, product guides, web content, reports, datasheets, and blog posts to support the customer journey and to help customers make educated purchasing decisions.Enable the Sales team by keeping them updated on the product portfolio and developing sales-enablement kits that support the selling process.Support our Product and Marketing teams in deep technical competitive analysis to uncover key customer insights that drive positioning for our existing products as well as ideas for new features or benefits.Support product launch activities and assist with tradeshows, events, and technical sales training activities.Support demand generation initiatives that drive demand and pipeline creation content creation.Requirements7+ years of demonstrated experience as a Product Marketing Manager or similar marketing role.Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, software engineering, or related field.Experience with B2B enterprise software products.Your written and oral communication skills are superb, and you can explain complex concepts clearly for a variety of audiences.You are a team player that works well in collaborative situations with geographically dispersed teams.How to applySend your resume and cover letter in .pdf format to careers@Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender perception or identity, national origin, age, marital status, protected veteran status, or disability status.Adaptiva does not provide visa sponsorship for this position and participates in E-Verify for work authorization.The annual base salary range for this position is between $130,000 - $150,000. The range provided is broad and takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are reviewed when making a hiring decision, such as years of experience, skills, location, and other business needs.The base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which for some roles may include a performance bonus and very generous benefits.Adaptiva does not accept unsolicited head-hunter and agency resumes.
