In this position you will act as the primary liaison between our ET&D partners and Claims leadership. Collaborate with multiple business areas to calibrate training initiatives and review effectiveness of executed training. Manage project timelines to meet joined Claims and ET&D training goals. Ensure effective communication with internal & external customers, communicate & interact with a variety of individuals to address customer services issues in prompt & professional manner.
What you bring:
Bachelor's degree (4 year) or commensurate experience highly desirable3+ years management experience (multi-discipline preferred)Strong organizational skills required as well as the ability to multitaskMust be able to delegate and oversee projects and assignments to other employees as directedMust know or quickly learn corporate policies, procedures and guidelines in many areas and be familiar with various functions within the club.Strong planning and interpersonal skillsFull completion of ACE Leadership and Compliance trainingWhat's in it for me?

The starting pay range for this position is:
$94,900.00 - $126,500.00Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
