Let's chat!UNIQUE ATTRIBUTES:You have a solid grasp of campaign development, branding, and high-end collateral design as well as a keen understanding of project management, for a variety of audiences. You should be highly organized, energetic, self motivated, great at multi-tasking, a team player, and most importantly possess the passion and desire to develop quality work. The position requires a great design "eye" tempered with a positive and highly motivated work ethic. You can take lead from the CMO and you're also able to implement ideas and work independently while making good design decisions.This role is responsible for a variety of our collateral - both virtual and print, including but not limited to: online campaign development and ad creation, digital and print brochures, support for the development of promotional campaigns (print, email, and social) trade show collateral (live and virtual), direct-to-consumer e-commerce store design and development, and PR campaign creation when applicable.RESOURCEFUL + ORGANIZED + DETAIL ORIENTED:You can take a sea of ideas and turn it into a clearly designed and defined campaign. You must demonstrate exceptional organizational skills. The devil's in the details, right? Managing the regulatory details, remembering the nuances of each ad platform, and documenting the nitty-gritty where others cannot. The CMO will rely heavily on you to keep up and fill in the blanks methodically.PROBLEM SOLVER:You may not always be able to provide a solution, but you know how to problem solve effectively and are not afraid to make a decision if the situation arises. You can avoid paralysis by analysis and find efficient ways to solve ideas around campaign creation and execution in the absence of executive overview.REFLECT THE SAME VALUES:Strong attention-to-detail is a must, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. That said, quirkiness is a plus in a fast moving, fun, and incredibly interesting environment.RESPONSIBILITIES:Design and create print and digital materials including but not limited to:Website DesignSocial Graphics and VideosBrochuresPostersPresentations (online + in-person)Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specificationsQUALIFICATIONS:Degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field3-5 years of experience working in graphic designKnowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and digitalCopy writing skills preferred but not criticalProven knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, After EffectsMicrosoft SuiteStrong portfolio over a wide range of creative projectsA self-starter with effective time management skills and the ability to juggle projects and meet deadlinesTeam playerJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceHealth savings accountPaid time offVision insuranceWork Location: Hybrid remote in Raleigh, NC 27609
