We are looking for a highly motivated and talented digital art director to join our growing creative team. This candidate will be producing engaging, high impact digital content in line with the company's brand, aesthetic, and marketing strategy. This includes social (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok), eCommerce, and email. They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment-across multiple brands-providing high-quality creative to tight deadlines. They should be a team player that has good communication and organization skills, which are essential, as the role requires working closely with people across the business to develop projects from brief to execution.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESProduce high-quality, on-brand content, including designs, videos, and other multimedia assets for both paid and organic socialRemain current on social media trends, tools, and best practices, incorporating new strategies and features into our paid media effortsCreate detailed shot lists and mood boards that clearly convey the vision for photoshoots in internal or external content studiosCollaborate with in-house photographers to art direct studio shootsDesign marketing emails in line with the marketing briefMaintain and design visual content across ecommerce sitesConceptualize new campaign ideas that are digital-first and consumer centricCollaborating with internal marketing and creative teams to ensure designs align with the brand aesthetic, while also meeting ecommerce best practicesWork cross departmental with marketing, innovation, creative and wine planning teamsPresent creative concepts and designs to internal stakeholders, incorporating feedback and iterating as needed to achieve desired outcomesEDUCATION EXPERIENCE3+ years of experience in digital design or social contentPrevious experience in an agency or brand environment (preferred)A portfolio of relevant and impactful workQUALIFICATIONSStrong understanding of branding and marketingDevelop and execute smart creative solutions across multiple brands simultaneouslyExperience working with ecommerce websitesPassion for social media and a deep understanding of various social platforms, features and trendsComfortable working in a collaborative team environmentAbility to clearly present ideas and conceptsA team player with exceptional organizational and communication skillsAbility to prioritize multiple projects and be proactive in your task and time managementProficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative SuiteWorking knowledge of Canva (a plus)OUR COMPANYDirect Wines, Inc.
