6 Months - High Likelihood of Extension or ConversionJob Description:This position is a 6 month contract with high likelihood of extension of conversion.Our client is seeking experienced Campaign Managers to build and sell advertising solutions, using our proven conversion-driven and brand-building solutions.As a member of the team you will work alongside groups of industry experts in a rapidly and exponentially growing business. We are looking for demonstrated performance in an ever changing, exciting environment as well as problem-solving leadership skills with limited oversight. As a Campaign Manager, you will own the execution, recognition, and delivery of sales revenue. This position is both strategic and tactical, requiring the Campaign Manager to independently generate strategic insights for their portfolio of campaigns. Campaign Managers will be responsible for client-specific requirements, providing optimization strategy expertise, client communication and best-practice guidance.The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of professional experience with end-to-end digital media campaign management, digital media planning, and experience managing a media mix of more than one platform/channel, especially in paid channels such as Display, Mobile, Social, Search, and Programmatic. Our Campaign Managers are a crucial part of an integrated team and possess a strong inner drive to contribute to their individual and team's success.Responsibilities:Plan, execute, manage, and optimize end-to-end campaigns.Build and deliver media plans for incremental opportunities using strategic insights and best practices.Understand upper funnel and lower funnel campaign tactics.Closely partner with cross functional teams, including but not limited to Account Management, Sales, and Measurement and Insights to define metrics and measure success of campaigns.Demonstrate diligence, attention to detail and adhere to best practices throughout the full digital campaign life cycle from pre-sale to post-sale.Manage all aspects within day-to-day campaign management, including internal and external questions regarding accurate campaign implementation, pacing and the performance of various campaigns.Develop, grow, and foster relationships with internal teams through exceptional client service and becoming a trusted advisor.Work with trafficking teams to traffic tags and ensure accurate tracking for campaigns.Provide consultation detailing performance, campaign optimizations, and new opportunities.Troubleshoot issues on all pre-launch and live campaigns.Provide monthly audit reports to partners and actualize bill/pay systems.Ensure high quality of campaign execution working within service level agreements ensuring correct process is being followed.QA all relevant campaign documentation in preparation for the campaign launch.Maintain and organize campaign-specific materials in team's shared document repository.Minimum Qualifications:2 years of experience in media planning, bid management, campaign management/optimization, or digital media operations within publisher display media and network media buys.Campaign management experience managing the day-to-day campaign maintenance, including internal and external questions regarding accurate campaign implementation, pacing, and the performance of media campaigns.Experience building media plans, and have a firm understanding of traditional, shopper marketing and interactive media planning elements.Experience with multiple digital media products and channels: Social, Display, Mobile, Search, Paid, Programmatic, etc.Experience in bid management, campaign management, campaign optimization, digital media operations across search and display.Client facing experience with the ability to identify risks and effectively navigate through issues. Including regularly consulting sales teams on insights to clients detailing performance, campaign optimizations, and new opportunities.Experience in partnering closely with integrated teams such as Account Management, Finance, Sales, Measurement and Insights, Optimization, etc.Skills:Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills.Hands-on experience building and delivering media plans for new client opportunities using strategic insights and best practices.Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel.Excellent communication and writing skills.Strong project management skills.Ability to advise partners on best practices and areas of opportunity.Excited by a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.Experience using project management tools and ad servers.The target hiring compensation range for this role is $47 to $52 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
