Director of Marketing
J&W Heating and Air + Plumbing is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Marketing to lead and elevate our marketing efforts. This is a mid to Sr. level role that demands an individual who can drive and own the marketing efforts for the company, drive vendors to perform at higher levels, be accountable for all marketing investments, and ensure alignment of all marketing initiatives with business goals to maximize ROI.
The in-house Director of Marketing will focus on maximizing J&W Heating and Air + Plumbing's marketing investments, increasing lead generation, and managing all marketing vendor relations. You will meet and engage with the executive team weekly to report on progress, identify new opportunities, and make data-driven recommendations and adjustments. You will lead vendor relationships with a focus on accountability, enhance performance and value, and ensure all efforts are increasing leads for the company.
The primary focus of this role is optimizing J&W Heating and Air + Plumbing's marketing strategy and ensuring an increase in qualified leads that convert. At the same time, managing vendors, acquiring new freelancers, and building a successful marketing program.
This is the right opportunity for a driven individual who can lead a team, provide analytical reports and feedback, make timely adjustments, and has the ability to reach KPI's.
