Our client, a dynamic and innovative software company, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator Specialist to join their team and spearhead marketing efforts across various solutions. In this role, you will be a key driver of our client's marketing strategies, working closely with senior leadership to develop and execute creative campaigns that highlight the unique value of their ERP software for wholesale distributors. You will take the lead in crafting compelling content, managing events, and shaping the brand's presence in the market. Your work will directly impact how the industry perceives our client's offerings, positioning them as a standout choice in the competitive ERP software landscape.

Requirements:BA/BS degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience.5 years of experience in a B2B Marketing position.2+ years of experience using HubSpot CRM.Proficiency in Google Analytics.Proven track record in marketing excellence, particularly in user acquisition and growth marketing within wholesale distribution or ERP software sectors.Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.Expertise in Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Retargeting, Affiliate, and SEO marketing.Responsibilities:

Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to increase qualified leads by 20% in the first year.Create and manage content including blog posts, case studies, and white papers to boost website traffic and conversion rates.Support annual advertising plans and create content for digital and print ads.Conduct market research to develop accurate buyer personas and enhance marketing effectiveness.Analyze industry trends and competitor strategies to refine marketing approaches.Collaborate with executive, product, and sales teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.Maintain and update the company website to improve user experience and reflect product offerings.Plan and manage company events, ensuring impactful participation and follow-up.Develop and execute public relations strategies, including press releases and media outreach.Coordinate and design webinar content to drive participation and engagement.Manage social media profiles and content to cultivate customer engagement and sales.
