Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager - PART TIME
Location: Hybrid - Must reside in Ottawa County or Kent County
Pay Range: $20/Hour
What’s the Job?
Reach out to prospective employer partners via in-person appointments, phone calls.
Referral of parolee/probationer to employment opportunities
Assistance in communication regarding available employment opportunities with Program Manager.
Contact with employer to assist/intervene in issues to encourage job retention. Build rapport with clients for continued success.
Work with Parole/Probation staff to facilitate Employment Workshops, Job Fairs, and Orientations in conjunction with S.O.S. Program Manager.
What’s Needed?
High School Diploma or GED required
3-5 years of professional sales experience preferred
Strong Communication skills
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar platform
Experience working in or with a correctional facility would be ideal
